Arranged to go see a property November 2017 at 1pm. Nobody turned up, and despite having my phone number failed to contact me. On calling they sent a text message saying they would investigate. On seeing at the end of February 2018 that the property was still empty, I called them The agent involved knew nothing of an investigation. This is a terrible service for landlords who place their property with this company who then fail to turn up for viewings, leaving properties empty for months when they could at least turn up to allow prospective tenants to view.
Comments on Agent Fees
I would warn landlords that these 'problems' have stopped me from using this particular office of house letting cowboys. This is because they do not turn up to viewings, which is a waste of my time and travel. The flat has been laid empty for months when it could have been let, if only these agents from Martin & Co would turn up for arranged viewings. There are no fees for the prospective tenant, this failure affects landlords.
