Andrew and his team let my flat in Almeric road in Battersea as I was leaving London for the country and Andrew found a suitable tenant very quickly.The speed of him processing the transaction from the offer stage, referencing the tenant, getting the contract signed in time and to handing over the keys was exemplary. Initially they were asked to just find a tenant but I've now asked them to manage my flat as I totally trust his agency given their efforts to date and the fact they had been recommended by a friend in the area.
