Terrible service and rude and unprofessional staff. My honest advise is STAY AWAY from this agency!!! We rented one of their properties for over 2 years. The house itself was very nice (came unfurnished). The agency was managing this fantastic property so poorly that at the end we decided to move out, despite the fact we called this place home and we were very used with the lovely Wapping neigbourhood as well. A few points below with examples of how the agency lost us as their customers: * from the first week entering in the property the old manager (Mayra - who left already) came twice into the property - once wakin my housemates in their bedroom without any given notice. She was just inspecting the property without permission. After huge 2x complaints from our side they stopped entering. * it took them 2 months to send out deposits to DPS service which we found out when we called dps for online receipt and there wasn't even an account created. By law the landlords need to register the new tenants in less than a month. We decided (big mistake) not to report them back then because we didn't want problems with them. After numerous requests on our sides and many ignored emails by then this was done. * any time we had to ask the agency to fix maintenance issues we were left with empty promises and absolutely no follow up. LAUREN who took over the management of our property from Mayra was promising that contractors will come to the house and fix a broken shower mixer for 2 months. After which we started going to their office and chasing them up in person as Lauren would't even reply to our emails. After a few more months the issue wasn't sorted and the shower mixer got broken completely and almost flooded the house. A week prior to that LISA had replied to one of our numerous emails with a sarcastic âan engineer will come and see your emergency situationâ because for us this issue was becoming such. * after the above incident we were left without shower for a month and a half... in the meantime while chasing up the agency for deadlines the new shower will be refitted - Lauren replied to an email that a plumber is coming to sort out âour sink tap in the bathroomâ She didn't even know what the problem was about after our numerous emails, visits to the office and her colleagues trying to cover her mistakes up. She finally explained that this mixer is very important and the agency is waiing for the landlord's approval of the quote for a new one. * we ended up not paying one months rent until this issue gets resolved soon and also asked for compensation. After the agency didn't receive their money the issue was sorted in less than a week's time. A new (extremely cheap shower mixer was installed). *next month we ended up not paying our rent again as the promised refund was never happening. The agency was finding excuses that the landlord is deciding on the tyle of compensation. (Even though for us the agency was the one that had to compensate us for their inactions, poor and softly said unprofessional service). At the end we finally got an answer that as a gesture of good will we will be refunded a single 50 GBP for the whole household - less than 15 GBP per person. Despite months of callin the agency, going in the kffice and leaving with empty promises and wasting our time after work. Until today they still haven't received this transfer which we decided that won't accept anyway as for us this was ansolute disrespect and disgrace. * lastly the nightmare was complete when we decided we will leave the property and not stay with this agency anymore (which was a hard decision as again we really liked both the property and the neighbourhood which had become our home). After 2 and a half months we finally received the portion of our deposits which the agency seemed to be trying to keep as long as possible. We were charged 425 GBP for set of curtains which the agency reported needed to replace as the old ones were damaged in the washing machine. We were provided with receipt from the most expensive abailable curtains website. This list is not even complete with all the details of all that went on for over 2 years. Really really disappointing...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
