The service has been disastrous, from the first to the last day. It all started with a deceiving announcement as we were told internet was included in the rent, whereas only 3GB were "offered" (and it did not even work). So in the end we were forced to get our own internet provider. Secondly, the agency (Luta) made their first mistake on day 1 by doing the wrong copy-paste of the tenancy agreement. Luckily, the latter was in our favour, as the contract stated that we shall not pay for the water bills. Obviously we decided to stick to the contract given that we were fooled about internet access. When we had to sort this out at the agency, she even dared to snigger in front of us... Despite the incompetence of the management agency, we must confess we were satisfied with the team in charge of the maintenance. We had a few things fixed including a tap, no problem to underline. The BIGGEST ISSUE of this studio flat though, was that it was NOT SOUNDPROOFED AT ALL. We've been sharing our flat with the neighbour for a year. Any sound originating from our flat or hers, could easily go through the wall. As if there was basically no wall. We contacted the management agency about this major issue, they obviously unprofessionally ignored all our requests. I must confess I did not even expect an answer given the constant dreadful service... Last but not least, when we announced we would leave the flat, they claimed for 25£ in order to provide the landlord's reference. Not only we made the payment straight away, but we even had to wait no less than a week (after calls, emails, I even had to go to the agency physically) in order to get this simple piece of paper !!! This really went too far this time. In short, STAY AWAY FROM OLYMPIA ESTATES.

Agent fees were high, 100£ when moving in and 100£ when moving out (which come on top of the 200£ for the marketing agency) + 25£ to get the landlord's reference (!)

It is more than fair to give 0 to Olympia instead of 1. Renting a flat with Olympia Estates (12 Westbourne Grove Terrace W25SD) is the worse thing that could have happened to me and my flatmate. For a studio flat, in Central London, on the sixth floor of a town house, with no lift, the rent was quite high. I was expecting to pay £800-£950 a month but instead I was paying £1,083.40. As the service was terrible and the problems I faced had a large knock on effect to my daily life, the cost I was paying was definitely not worth it.

This estate agency is the worse that could possibly exist. Agents are merely incapable of sorting out issues related to the bad-quality flats they rent. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
