Most unprofessional, inefficient agents I have ever dealt with. Viewed one of their properties today which was incorrectly advertised on rightmove as having parking - when we showed up there wasn't in fact no parking and it was very difficult to find (down an alley way behind shops). I had to call the store for extra directions because I wasn't given details of the agent (Sam) that I was meeting. Sam didn't shake our hands, was on his phone the entire time and told us to show ourselves around. It was only when I aired my frustration with their misleading advertising that he spoke to us and followed us around. A complete waste of time. He also knew no details about the landlord and couldn't answer my simple questions.
