I'm glad to have seen the previous review as the first few didn't seem like they were talking about the same estate agents! But it seems clear now those five star reviews have been written by the estate agents themselves! (Bare that in mind when choosing to use Habitat) I'm not keen on estate agents at the best of times but the couple I have interacted with at Habitat have been pretty incompetent. The lack of effort, enthusiasm and general adequate customer services is apparent from the moment they pick up the phone. When I went to view a property there wasn't a "Hi, how are you, my name is..." It's almost like I was disrupting their day by requesting a viewing. They made it very off-putting to consider using them to take my money and look after my housing situation. When having further conversations with them when considering a property, there was mixed information which was frustrating. The management were better but they need consider who they employ on the front line and consider training them on their customer services! I just didn't trust them.
