Having bought and sold through Brendons, Claire was always extremely helpful, professional, friendly and contactable during both transactions. Brendons are a great example of a local estate agent knowing their area. Having also marketed with a larger, 'high street' agent that over-valued the property and subsequently received no offers - Brendons clearly knew their local market, priced accordingly and ultimately got offers in place. Claire always kept me updated on the progress of things and did her utmost to assist in ensuring both the purchase and sale went through during some trying circumstances! Would always recommend and use again in the future.
