Tbh, they’re okayish. Repairs do get done you follow their procedure (dont just email them directly, check the tenant hub the right process). Absolutely hideous. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. Lived with them for a year and it was the worst mistake. Property is nice however it was not cleaned before moving in. The living room had dirt marks all up the walls and some rooms had bluetac marks and again dirt but were not painted.
