Extremely unprofessional and immoral lettings agency. We had one viewing booked with them to do a viewing in Reading and they did not even bothered to show up even though we drove 120 miles just to see the property. We called to their head office but nobody answered and after a 30 minute wait, we just gave up... UNRELIABLE AGENTS!!!!

16 May 2018I am sorry that you felt this way and the need to leave such a negative review on our business, however we ask all applicants viewing properties with us to call the morning of their appointment to confirm that they are still attending. Looking at our diary you had an appointment booked to view an apartment on Kennet Island but there was no phone call made that morning to confirm the appointment. Unfortunately we have historically had a number of people who book viewing not show up and by asking all applicants who view to call us in advance to confirm ensures that nobody has a wasted journey. If you had called us that morning the agent would have attended to show the property.

26 Apr 2019We viewed 1 off your property's in bingley we was interested we made the agent aware off this the agent wanted it sorted out soon as possible been 8 days no response phoned up office to ask prosess off the house said they was phoning me back never did went on the housing site said let agreed not happy with the survice felt like we was left in the dark we will not use you again or recommend to friends
