Worst experience ever .phoned up and asked for more information on a property in Irvine .woman answered so abruptly ,I was in total shock all she get saying what is it u want to know .i was in so much shock I was visibly upset as to her manner .will never recommend any.of my friends or family to lomond property disgraceful customer service to say the least
