It's difficult not to wholeheartedly agree with Google's earlier reviewer, Willy Reuss, who concisely described Lovetts as: Terrible, terrible and terrible!!! Worst agency ever!! That reviewer posted his comments a year ago, and it seems their reputation has only slumped to new lows in the intervening 12 months. While I've heard similar reports subsequently, I can only speak for myself. Lovetts' communication ranged from muddled to non-existent from the outset, and when I dared to point out their wholesale ineptitude, or questioned their amateurish practices, they doubled-down on lies more readily than Donald Trump in a series of childish attempts to cover their own backs. The complete absence of client-care and due process to which I was subjected was so glaring that it unravelled in mistakes so basic they left me breathless and quivering with rage. As an eloquent case in point, they even moved a tenant into my property without my consent or even asking me to sign the tenancy agreement! On the plus side, I suppose, at least they didn't have a leg to stand on! In short, Lovetts are at best shoddy, and at worst deceitful. Avoid them like the proverbial plague. For even if they were to hire competent people (by the law of averages, they must've done it once!) I found their code of ethics so riven with bad conduct as to almost guarantee systemic failure. Once again, you've been warned!
