Tina has looked after my property for about 7 years now, and I can't recommend her more highly. There is no mountain that she can't transform into a mole hill! Anything urgent is brought to my attention, solutions are suggested, and everything is taken care of and sorted with the minimum of fuss.

Really awful. Everything was fine until we moved in, and then the attitude changed immediately. Absolutely no customer service skills. Argumentative and intimidating. Absolutely terrible agency! We were going to rent a property and a few days before moving in they say were cant move in as the landlord wants to sell instead. Bought a flat thorugh them in summer 2013. James Batty is really unpleasant to deal with, if you're a buyer. He will talk to you like he has 100 other customers and you are wasting his time. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
