Not much has gone right with these. They have been very unresponsive with anything we have needed and whenever we have spoken to someone they have been fairly rude and abrupt. The letters they send are extremely passive aggressive and all round has been a nightmare. Would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Despite multiple attempts to alert them of a huge damp issue caused by a building default (we had a private survey taken out) they have ignored us for months and seem to be blaming us for the issue. Avoid at all ... Read Full Review
