Choosing who to use as your Estate Agent can be extremely difficult. Having had some bad experiences with previous companies it was with some trepidation that I began to search for which Estate Agent to carry out the sale of my flat. Having read positive reviews online my husband and I decided to use Elite Estates and Lettings, Durham. We were so happy that we did! The duty of care, professional attitude and hard work carried out by Janet at Elite impressed us so much. Without her dedication which often went above and beyond we would not have had such a smooth sale and transition into our new home. With high levels of communication, humour and great cheer it made the whole process simple and at times a pleasure. Words you don't normally use to describe selling houses! So a big thank you to the team at Elite. The name of the company says it all.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
