On numerous occasions, I asked for things to be done i.e put to the landlord to make a decision. Not once did I hear anything back - even after chasing them every day for an answer. Funnily enough, every time I've contacted the landlord myself, he makes a decision there and then on the phone and doesn't even mention that they've been in touch.
