On numerous occasions, I asked for things to be done i.e put to the landlord to make a decision. Not once did I hear anything back - even after chasing them every day for an answer. Funnily enough, every time I've contacted the landlord myself, he makes a decision there and then on the phone and doesn't even mention that they've been in touch. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
