This was one of the most surreal encounters in my life. Late August 2017. Sean and I have exchanged emails and arranged three viewings for Saturday 3 pm. I clearly explained in the email that we are looking for a flat from late September and Sean sent me the ad for a flat that was free from Sep 27. We entered the Winkworth Golders Green office around 5 minutes before 3 and asked for Sean. He was genuinely surprised to see us, asked about our names and what we were looking for. I repeated our email correspondence. He was even more surprised because the flats, he said, were from early September and there was no point in viewing them now. I asked whether his name is indeed Sean Doherty and he confirmed. Then I told him about the flat that was free from Sep 27 and he was convinced that there is no way I know about the flat. He became extremely confused when I told him he sent me the ad. All in all, a very awkward and disturbing experience.

7 Mar 2018I think you may be confused with a different person, I am Sean Doherty and the person you had dealt with was John Coleman as I was on a family holiday from Mid August until early September, I have checked the office Diary and you was booked to view properties if still available but unfortunately the properties you arranged to view were Let before you could attend the actual viewing time, I understand you feel disappointed but there is no need to make such reviews without the full story.
