Appalling service from start to finish, even moved premises without informing the tenants, took forever to get any jobs done, did want £50 to do the agreement again, now waiting for deposit back, cannot get hold of them think they have stopped trading which am not surprised in the least, if they start under a new name... do not use!

Easily the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. They are SO unprofessional and cheap. They botched our move in, refused or delayed several important repairs. They do not give a damn about the tenant and are all about taking the money and having a high turnover of tenants. This is encouraged ... Read Full Review

8 Mar 2012We have no idea who this tenant is - we have not been charging the £50 admin fee to renew contracts unless there is a new tenant being added to the agreement and we have to do an additional credit...
