Simona manages our properties now for us as we are based in Asia and only rarely come to the UK. She has taken over on all five of our units and will be gaining three more over the next 12 months. We were originally having issues with regular payments from our agents in Hong Kong as funds had to be arranged from Malaysia for our UK apartments. Staff were tough to trace and no-one ever called us or emailed us back. I found LLNH by chance at a coffee meeting with a friend in HK and I was introduced to Dominic Swinfield whom guided me through the transfer across from the old agency. It has been so nice to deal with an owner agent that actually cares about its clients! Thank you. I can honestly say the apartments no run smoothly, our profits have increased and the service is exemplary. Please try them out!

Amazing fees. They are willing to negotiate to a point and they are hungry for the business. Nice and easy to agree terms that accommodate all parties.
