We have recently exchanged on our house with Carson & Co. All the staff, Nick, Mel and William in particular were very helpful, kept us informed throughout the whole process and were fantastic to deal with. Must be noted that our house sold with Carson & Co where other agents failed in arguably a tougher market. Highly recommended and would use again in a heartbeat.

We needed to sell a complex property with a 3 acre garden and indoor heated swimming pool and out-buildings so as to move to a smaller property, a classic down-sizing. After marketing our property with other local agents for 2 years with no success we decided to re market with Gascoigne Pees.
