Called several times to arrange a viewing, I was constantly put on hold and then told that there was no one available to take my call, could I leave details and they would call back... They never did, after asking to speak to another member of staff, I was told that there were none... This agent is complete rubbish, can't even be bothered to get a prospective customer a viewing of a property they manage...
What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually arrange a viewing of the property they were trying to rent out (or at the very least, called me back).

What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually arrange a viewing of the property they were trying to rent out (or at the very least, called me back).
