One Rent

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY. Moved in a month ago to an apparent (Fully furnished Refub apartment) Not too sure what the selling point was. We walked in on our first day. To look at was great. We pointed out that the mattresses provided were completely dead. The agent Nick was very enthusiastic telling my wife and i that they are fine and have been dry cleaned? Not too sure how a dry cleaned spring mattress works. So we moved in, the agent left. Straight in the kitchen. Fridge stunk of old food and mould. The cupboards had dust and spiders behind them. Oh and also were not moved with the new carpet to replace. They simply cut around the cupboard for ease. The pump in the brand new toilet broke without even being used. The hot water even to today is a race against time to shower ot wash the dishes even tho we have set hot water to be on the whole day. The electric heater have a mind of there own when they decide to work. Freezer leaking. Washing machine had black mould inside the seal. This took them 3 weeks to replace a seal then broke it. Then took a further few days to replace. Windows are not sealed correctly. There is a huge list of things i can keep adding. If you are looking to rent from this company. I would advise to stay away. They defer or ignore calls and emails unless you really kick up a fuss then try to be rude back to you on the phone. I thought the customer is always right? Clearly not. Work has been carried out but only because iv had to make numerous calls out of anger or making a trip to the office. Fast to take your money and send invoices for rent but take there sweet time to make sure you have a pleasant stay in there properties. Just be aware of the property. Be that 'Tyre Kicker' customer. make sure everything works before moving in or it will cause you a lot of stress and aggro
