The members of staff, as above, were always pleasant and courteous and once a rapport was established provided regular updates during a most protracted sale with our buyer. The negotiated fee for our sale was competitive. An EPC was included in the price, albeit it took a while to obtain. The photos and marketing strategy was sound, although we were a little disappointed that the promised drone shot of our property and gardens never materialised, due it was reported to earlier pilot error or weather conditions! In summary, whilst the whole house selling process was at times stressful, it did result in a successful sale to our original buyer who viewed and offered on the property 6 months prior to exchanging contracts. I would recommend Chambers be considered by any prospective seller.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
