Will never deal with these agents again Were supposed to arrange cleaning before we moved in. Cleaner never turned up and we had to do it ourselves (4 hours!) Didn't even check the property before we moved in. Got shirty with me over issues with an oven to be replaced getting sent back when it turned out the electrics were illegal, Currys wouldn't fit it and I was unable to get hold of the agents about what to do. I asked for them to give me a firm commitment on the amount of the checkout fee and was told by email it would be £75 but when it came to it I was charged £100. When I disputed it they said it wasn't their problem (it was just an estimate and between me and the clerk THEY arranged!!) and basically pressured me to give up on the £25 because there was no money in it for them to chase it and they didn't want to spend any more time on it. In the end I decided it was worth taking the hit to tell them how I felt and because I was sick of having to deal with them
