From the minute we walked into the Rothwell Branch and asked Joanne to arrange a valuation, we were looked after as if we were the only customer at the branch. The service was brilliant, We were guided through the selling process, kept up to date with what was happening,re: viewing, offers, guided through the minefield of solicitors. The financial adviser Sharon also looked after us brilliantly (although she has now left). Joanne was the lynch pin of the branch, nothing was too much trouble and she worked so hard for all customers and the company. She is a star and deserves 100% for her commitment to her job and worth her weight and more in GOLD.
Comments on Agent Fees
A bit high considering the other companies operating in the market place at this present time. especially when the price was lowered just as we completed our sale so got caught with the full price.
