Fantastic, professional service. Every time I thought I knew what I was paying for, they added something else that I was getting for my money. They recommended properties for consideration, went on viewings for us, negotiated a price with the vendor, itemised works required to improve it to a letting standard, arranged all the works, advertised the property, vetted prospective tenants, then set up the tenancy. I basically didn't have to do a thing. Amazing value, highly recommended to anybody looking to buy or let a property.
