The worst commercial property agent I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. The agents/surveyors working for this company are absolutely useless. When looking for a new office, the communication was poor, various calls were not answered or responded to, and only after constant chasing did the surveyor finally respond to questions. The task of knowing key features about a property really is not difficult, especially if you are the agent trying to rent out that property. Having visited three different properties, there was a severe lack of information on offer from the agent, and it was more us telling the agent about the property than the other way around. I would very much advise choosing other agents, and would avoid Vail Williams Portsmouth at all costs until they improve their staff training procedures.
