Carter Jonas Fulham have been awful to deal with as a tenant. Their customer service has been abrasive and rude and the additional charges absurd. We kept the place wonderful added £300 of blinds and were treated as though we had trashed the place. Would never recommend . Mostly I'm annoyed as another friend had told me a similar experience dealing with their lettings lady Sayeh. Unfortunately our experience was the same.
