Distinctly below average inventory delivered late. Appalling attitude. as a Landlord, I would not use this organisation again. Beware what you find on the internet - go for a recommendation.

4 Dec 2017After carefully checking my records, I have not undertaken an inventory for a private landlord in the EH6 postcode area for well over a year, so I am at a loss to explain this review. My inventory and check out reports are remitted to clients the same or following day. Having been in business as a sole trader for more than 5 years, a "bad attitude" is not something that I can afford to have and pride myself on being approachable and helpful. I am fortunate to have great relationships and ongoing repeat business from many of the private landlords that I work with, who have been more than happy with my services.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
