ABSOLUTELY AWFUL - stay away from this estate agent because all they want is your money and they are dishonest!! I rented a property through them recently - when I had the viewing and right up until I signed the tenancy agreement, Hayley Hunt was helpful and couldn't do enough to help, but once I moved in there was NO help or support. I was told the property was ready to move into but when I got there the blinds were broken, toilet broken and it was dirty with the last tenants dirt!!! They gave no instructions on how to turn on the basics such as the heating and hot water and just palmed me off. I paid thousands each month and was harrassed throughout my whole tenancy to allow viewing and wasn't able to enjoy the place whilst I was there. Upon check out I had the place professionally cleaned and it was in better condition than when I got the flat, yet they had the cheek to tell me that the place was dirty and they needed a cleaner. I was also accused of stealing some if the belongings including cushions and bedding, but they were in the property and they never bothered to look. This estate agents is a shambles and dishonest and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! Never again Hunts!! And loads if residents in Repton Park say Hunts is awful and have caused residents lots of problems.

Terrible, incredibly hostile at the end of tenancy, failed to responded to repeated letters (and solicitors letter) for my deposit back - Do not carry out necessary repairs to properties, then they try and swindle us of our deposit!
