Finally it's safe for me to write this review, once we had moved out and are happy living our lives elsewhere. We were very excited about moving into a new property. After paying all the fees and collecting our keys we even did a little shopping in Ikea (it's opposite their office). We froze in horror as we got to the property (still carrying all the new furniture) and could not unlock the door, because we were given wrong keys. It was on Friday and we were due to move out from our previous rent on Saturday. But of course, all the phones were dead, we could not reach anyone. ANYONE. On Monday, when we had finally reached their office, we were told that "no one has a way down there today.. you can come and collect your keys in the office". Just for you to understand, the office and our property are located on the other ends of the city and after that I wasn't planning on to going all the way to Wembley again. In late evening, some friend of a friend of a friend who works in LRS finally got there and gave us the keys. (Fortunately they subtracted they 3-day rent we were locked out out of our next bill) Just to find out there was still no washing machine (that was supposed to be installed before our moving date as confirmed by our letting agent) and although there was an oven, it wasn't plugged in and we were unable to plug it in as it was built in the furniture. It also took us some time to figure out how and where to turn on the electricity, since nobody told us, and we are supposed to be showed that according to some manual, but that was nothing compared to overall experience. Also, we were unable to close the door to our room because it was too large and obviously didn't fit. After app. 10 days some workers came to plug in the oven and new washing machine, which they were unable to do, because the pipes didn't fit or something, so we had to wait a little longer for that too. When the agent came to the property and we told him about the door, first thing he does- he slams the door with all the force he has, says something like "fine by me" and leaves us locked out, (the doors could only be open by a key and honestly, we didn't think he would take such drastic measures). So what happens next? He is too busy because he has other appointments scheduled, therefore WE HAD TO CLIMB INTO OUR OWN ROOM BY THE WINDOW. Literally. And no, we didn't live on the ground floor. There was a pile of garbage in front of the house (old furniture, beds, mattresses.. all covering the windows on the ground floor) that they refused to trash for like 3 months. Fire alarm not set up. As much as I would like to forget the initial experience we had with this company, I couldn't. For the whole year we were called to "show people around" as they couldn't manage to come on their viewing appointments.. and that says a lot about an agency. If it only happened once, okay. But was happening constantly. Which is kind of weird because anytime I needed to reach them, I just couldn't. I wanted to complain, I wanted to deal with a problem I couldn't. I was constantly being transferred to another person and then they just stopped answering my calls. I am very happy those days are over.

25 Sept 2017Klara thanks for your time in submitting your review, however the way you have written about your experience has upset some of the staff members here as they personally helped you during the times you needed help. When you said to josh your door didn't close and he helped you close it and your keys were inside he did not run off in fact he spent his time getting you a ladder so one of you were able to climb into the window to get your keys. Had you thought about having your keys when asking him to help you close the door this incident would not have occurred. In regards to the keys when you moved into the property, you know the keys were not the wrong set the keys must have been a bad copy hence dint fit into the lock. Before you moved in you were aware that this was a new build and not all the appliances were there yet you were happy and still moved in and we sorted out all the electrical appliances. We have a direct email address for all repair issues and no one has a problem reporting there issues to us, if this happened in your case i do apologize. i hope you are happy in your new home and everything goes well for you in the future.

25 Sept 2017Dear LRS. When we moved in the key clearly did not fit into the keyhole. That is not a bad copy. It was a wrong key. Trust me, I tried every angle possible. Bear in mind we were in desperate situation (and had basically nowhere to live for a few nights). And perhaps it's just a coincidence that the next tennant that moved in had also a set of wrong keys and wouldn't get in if we weren't home. About the door problem, we kindly reported the issue to Josh, to which he responded by slaming the door. Obviously we did not expect him to do that so we didn't have our keys with us. And yes, he did stayed around for a bit after that, but apart from texting someone that he is going to be late for his viewing he did not do much. It was me and Klara who had to climb up and break into our own room. Before we moved in you told us how everything is going to be done and going to be working perfectly. Well, we didn't realise it's going to take you over a month to get things running. And I am talking about essentials like oven, where most people cook their lunch. Only for your response about the internet we had to wait for almost two months. So we couldn't really solve any issue by writing to you. And those are just a few main problems we had experienced through our stay. Best wishes. Roman

These guys are nightmares to work with. They change the agreed rent constantly and you deal with multiple incompetent people to answer simple questions.
