I am an American who recently purchased an investment property in London. Completely new to UK real estate, Laura walked me through the process of locating, purchasing, and letting a property. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to track down key details. Further, her referrals for other service providers (solicitor, mortgage, etc.) proved to be top-notch. Even though I was not in the UK save for one brief visit, via skype and email, I was able to tour properties remotely and ultimately complete the purchase. I would heartily recommend Laura to any in a similar situation to me.
