Worst estate agents ever! Promised us all free Wifi in the property so we could sign the tenancy. The second after we signed the tenancy they told us we were not getting wifi and removed it from their property listing. The agent 'Hassan' came round to the property and forced entry. Screaming at us all saying ' You are not getting any f***ing wifi. We spent a month ringing them, they never picked up the phone and we also emailed them to no reply whats so ever. After this we got our own wifi and moved on. On every 1st of the month they will ring you up demanding money in a real rude tone. They will also call you and instantly hang up on the first to 'remind you' to pay the rent. After months of leaving them alone we had an issue with our boiler, I emailed the estate agents and they promised me they would get it fixed. Four weeks went past with no boiler at all while it was snowing in the cold winter, the landlord came round to our door explaining he cannot afford a boiler for us as he went on holiday. After this I demanded a new boiler with a letter to the council about living conditions, the estate agents instantly got it fixed calling the landlord to go put a boiler in immediately. I have no idea why I had to talk to all the guarantors and the council to get a boiler installed. On exactly the same day as getting this new boiler the police came round. 4 body suited police with riot vests on. Someone had given the police an anonymous call to say we were fighting in the property. We were all sat in the living room watching TV at the time, this was either the landlord or the estate agents for us making them buy us a boiler. These people are money grabbing scum bags, they hate it when they have to take money out of their pockets instead of putting money in. I will never ever give these estate agents a penny of my money, if you ever find a property rented by these clowns please don't go near it. The agents are the single most useless people I have ever encountered, not a single brain cell between them all. They will always try stall your issues and never get round to fixing them. Please do yourself a favor and never give this estate agent your time of day.

4 Oct 2017Hi, I'm the landlord at this property. Will was one of the worst tenants I ever had. He was a nightmare Tenant, the stuff of nightmares. They left the place in filthy inhuman conditions. They totally trashed the place. Ruined carpets, furniture , windows and doors. The house stank of weed. Every workman who visited, commented on this. I have sworn statements to this effect. There was a huge amount of marijuana smoked in that house, the neighbours complained of it constantly, the police even raided the place. I can prove I gave them the property on top notch condition, all fully furnished. Why would a landlord randomly just offer free wifi? This was never in the agreement. Ever. I have txt messages from the Tennant named "Will" proving that he is lying. The boiler was not broken for months. This is a lie. I was I paid a lot of money for a state of the art boiler after my last one broke down. They stopped the plumber from installing the boiler, i again have txt message from will confirming this and sworn statements from plumber. The plumber complained of the huge amount of marijuana smoked in the house. He also mentioned that they had disabled the smoke detactors so they could smoke in the house. Avoid this loser scumbag at all costs.

12 Oct 2017What a classic response from a very unprofessional landlord, let me touch up on all the points Gaz has made here. Carpets, Furniture, Windows and Doors: When we entered the house for the time we noticed that the back door was hardly even working, we asked for maintenance to come over but they ended up glueing the carpet to the door so the draft was no longer coming into the property. The house was full of slugs, bugs and spiders. The door was put on by another tenant's Dad as the landlord could not be bothered to pay a professional to fix them. Police visit: The police visit was a false allegation of fighting, Gaz the landlord came to our door to explain that he could not afford us a boiler. So after I complained to the council he called the police saying we were fighting. The police came to our door and saw us all calm watching TV together - they left straight away. The anonymous caller was Gaz, the landlord. Plumber: The Plumber came to our door without any notice at all and Gaz was very rude about the fact we were not in the property at the time. Maybe if he managed his property like 'most' landlords he would have done it through the estate agents so they could tell us exactly what time he was coming over. Boiler: If anyone would like to see all the emails and texts from these guys I would be happy to show you, please contact me on here. I also have lots of proof that the boiler was not fixed for a very long time whilst it was snowing. Don't you ever use this landlord - a lying greedy unreliable man who will never fix your problems.
