Extremely happy with the service. Sukh had helped me rent my flat for last 5 years whilst he was working at another agent. Now he is at Edward Chase, he has sold my flat (completed last week). Huge thanks. Sukh has always given my wife and I accurate meaningful advice. Sukh is very professional, always well presented and spoken. He has excellent communication skills. Worst estate agency, although they charged me £2000 to buy a property i had to chase them regarding all the updates. My flat took 5 months before i got the keys which was partially * fault.
