I had been looking for a house for few years but always been unfortunate due to vendor changing their mind or the agent not being completely honest. This all changed when I saw a house advertised by Payne & Co. I was fortunate that Tom was the agent dealing with the sale of this particular property. He was approachable and always there when I needed to clarify or ease my fears. The intent of this review is to say a big 'thank you' for the awesome service he provided to me while I was buying our house in Ilford. The service Tom provided exceeded my expectation and experience with other agents and trust me there have been a few. Tom had been professional, courteous, honest and very prompt throughout our dealing. It was not easy trying to buy a house sitting in the Middle East but it was made easy and painless due to Tom's commitment. He encouraged that my family visit the house so I know that it is right for me. This was very important and courteous, it gave me the confidence that Tom was not after a quick sale. He was more interested that I buy a house that is right for my family. The family visited the house and loved it. I was always kept me in the loop and difficult decisions were crossed with ease due to the open and honest nature of Tom. He made the process of buying a house seem simple. I have recommended Tom (Payne & Co) to my friends and colleagues who are looking to buy a house. And if I ever decide to sell or buy another house in the near future, Tom would be my first port of call without hesitation.
