Nicole was amazing. Not only did she help us with renting a property after our sale she then kept looking for us to find a house to buy that fitted our needs and required 'fixing-up'. She took time to understand how our family worked and the amount of space and rooms we required. She then called us the minute a house with our criteria became availble and rushed through a viewing. The house was perfect and she monitored the sale and chived up the sellers solicitor when things required. It was a painless experience..... if only she helped with the decorating!

I cannot praise Broomhead's office at Knott End enough for their superb professional and personal service. I wanted to use a local High St agent and they were a fantastic choice. A year ago we picked up the keys to our new ( and forever) home which we bought through Broomheads at Knott End.
