Ben Tilling helped us find a lovely home, and provided a fantastic service the whole time we stayed there. He always answered our calls and acted on anything immediately. He was very fair and transparent when we moved out, and no problems or disputes around the inventory check or the deposit return (very rare!) I do not hesitate to recommend them for all quality housing available in Bath.

The Bath Property Shops due dilligence is limited and fails to identify major implications for tenants, this failure was so monumental it resulted in us serving notice on the property. The deposit return adminstered through the company is also unequivocally flawed allowing landlords to delay ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
