Appalling is being polite. We bought a property from them so had no choice but to use them. We were all on track to move Easter 2017 after starting process in February and when our solicitor started to discuss dates to complete it then came about that a new build was at the end of the chain and we were looking at June. How they never knew the onwards chain I don't know. Useless. We eventually moved August 25! Got given keys to find old owners was still in the house! No apology

They made selling a house the most painful experience of my life. They were the main factor that we lost our initial house as they were meddling in business that wasn't theirs.
