I am writing this review to warn people of how bad this estate agency can be. One of the things that should immediately point you out to how incompetent they are is the complete lack of an emergency contact. Need emergency access to the basement where all the water is controlled from? Well not from these guys. This originally started for me when I first moved in. The flat was filthy. Now it had been when I first viewed the apartment but I had specifically requested that for me to move in that flat would need to properly cleaned. Yet, to this day I cannot walk around the flat without my feet turning black within a few hours. And when I did request a cleaner like I had originally asked for, they did surprisly provide. The problem was the cleaners idea of clean was wiping off some of the crud from a few lightswitches and PAINTING OVER THE MASSIVE PATCH OF MOULD in one of the rooms. It was at this point I gave up. Avoid these agents at all cost.

I seriously doubt the truthfullness of your review and we have recently had a couple of cases of anonymus people posting fake reviews about our company.
