Organized an appointment to view a property, when phoned on the day to confirm they had no record of it appointment and it had to be changed, the man I spoke to on the phone was very rude, went to view properly and the girl looked like shes just fell out of bed after being out all weekend and they had 3 other interested parties, they said they would call us back to let us know if we would be sucessful but they didnt bother to contact us at all, my daughter contated them to ask about the property again and they didnt even bother to reply and now the property is gone and they didnt even do us the common courtesy of letting us know. Rude, unorganised, ignorant and disrespectful attitude.
wouldnt know as they couldnt organise a stack of papers let alone anything else.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
