I have been dealing with Ullyott & Buttler estate agents for quite a few years now and I can't fault them in anyway at all, their prices are fair, they are active in finding tenants, they have dealt quickly and efficiently with all problems have meet in the past, they are prompt to answer all questions and they always keep in touch. Which is far far more than I have encountered with other estate agents in the area. I would like to say a big thanks to all the team in particular, Sophie, Helen and Tony.

Highly dissatisfied with Ullyotts given my own experience. One of Ullyotts directors (Paul Butler) also acts as my Trustee. Ullyotts are now attempting to sell the Trust owned property of which I am a beneficiary using this Directors own firm as the vehicle. It is stated on Ullyotts website under ... Read Full Review

Not referring to bridlington branch but to the driffield branch. I have never been treated so poorly, wanting to rent on temp basis as selling my properties in York. I have been treated as a leaper.
