23 Apr 2015Dear Andrea, I am sorry your experience was not to your expectations. Gnomen allow a high level of customisation, allowing businesses to personalise stationary etc. to their needs. A question as such is necessary, and is one of many questions we ask in our project management tool. We are not based in B*, we are in Greenwich SE8, and welcome customers to visit us in person. 28 Apr 2015Interesting response, tell me for how many weeks is one supposed to pay your daily fee before the software is actually up and running and you get round to fixing the issues, after 4 weeks my package was still not up and running at fees in excess of �300, walking away was the cheapest and best option and I advise others not to pay any money to this company*!

18 Sept 2015Dear Andrea, the software is immediately usable the moment logins are given. Although there is a comprehensive self-help section with video tutorials, I appreciate that some customer need hand-holding. Our key setup liaison's name is Donna in Greenwich, and her key role is to take a customer from start to finish of a project, in such instances. *As I said, anyone is welcome to come and see us in Greenwich near the Cutty Sark, we have a good stock of drinks, luxury biscuits and chocolates, so pass by if you are ever down :-)

Having agreed a date and time of 9.30am to collect keys and fill in necessary forms told could not move in until 4.30pm as inventory not done until 1.30pm.
