Having moved about (a lot) due to my husband's work. We have bought and sold property throughout the UK. I think it fair to say that I have rarely encountered such poor communication and complete incompetence as seems to be the case with Moons

You would get better customer service from a brick wall. They do not resolve issues, expect you to live in dangerous conditions with vermin & falling down structures. Paid this company for 12 years (>7000 pounds) as a landlord to manage the property and they had to be pushed to do the annual check, which contained very little detail. I also echo the other reviews about how poor this agent is. The customer service is atrocious, having arranged a viewing and they did not even turn up! I echo all of the points from the other reviewer, which are spot on. Customer service is non-existent, they simply do not care. Staff put in minimal effort and are unresponsive/unreliable. An awful firm to have dealings with, I would recommend people to stay well. Their customer service is very poor whilst administrative practices are so badly organised it is truly shocking. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
