Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE If you have a complaint, this note sets out the procedure which the company will follow in dealing with that complaint. 1. A person has been appointed to deal with complaints and you should not hesitate to contact this person, whose details are shown below: Miss Aimee Palmer 1st Field Properties & Management 73 Wales Road Kiveton Park Sheffield S26 6RA (01909) 772777 2. Where your complaint is initially made verbally, you will be requested to send in a written summary of your complaint to the person detailed above. Receipt of this written complaint will be acknowledged within five working days and a proper investigation will be promptly undertaken. 3. Within fifteen days of receipt of your written summary, the person dealing with your complaint will write to you in order to inform you of the outcome of the investigation into your complaint and to let you know what actions have been taken or will be taken. 4. In the event of the final review as detailed above, still failing to satisfy your grievance, then you are at liberty to have the matter referred to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, for which information will be provided by this firm. You are also entitled to have your grievance referred should we fail to deal with the matters expeditiously, ie. within three months from the date of written notification to ourselves.
