waited 20 minutes called agent nobody answered. phoned waited. 50 minutes gave up. Phoned later nobody knew what was happening.

17 Aug 2018Purely criminal and incompetent organisation. They willingly lie to your face and do not respond to maintenance requests. They attempted an illegal eviction of myself and the other tenant without providing valid ground. I advised them that this was a criminal offence and they backed off when I told them I was prepared to take legal action against them. They regularly breach the terms of their own contract by entering the property without notice and even enter individual bedrooms without permission. Ranjit Singh (property manager 2018) is incompetent and unprofessional. He was not aware of (or disregarded) the terms of the tenancy contract and he personally committed criminal offences by harassing tenants on a regular basis. I can't wait until automation makes these people's roles redundant and they'll have to attempt to make an honest living. Good luck to them.
