Sadly, this estate agent was one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune of letting a property from. I rented a very basic flat in Old Market for 2 years 2014-2016. When presented with an issue (I had a problem with a strong gas smell, the toilet broke completely, the boiler and the fridge) - I was met with total indifference from them. They repeatedly either fobbed me off with workmen often the same person for different skills, who was not professional at all, and did an awful job or gave me a number for a company to sort it all out myself. They frequently lost emails from me, called only at times I made clear was unavailable and spoke to me like I was a moron, not a customer. Upon my third report of the gas smell, after nothing had been done, the response on the phone was (verbatim) What do you expect us to do about it? Incompetent, complacent, ignorant and sadly representative of some of the worst letting agents there are out there in Bristol. Companies like this are the reason the rental market is such poor quality in Bristol, they simply do not seem to care. Unless they sort themselves out, avoid at all costs.

Quite what they charge fees for, I don't know. The contract was copied from the internet, I didn't receive any service worthy of the fees, nor help later on in my tenancy
