New house not cleaned...it was disgusting, objects left in every room, huge pile of rubbish in the garden, leaking toilet, dangerous exposed wiring, vile smell throughout house. Why was my house not checked? What are the extortionate fees for? No apology from agents...just blamed landlord. Then 5 weeks into living in the house with all the stress from all the above, i receive an email from hrd saying the owner wants to sell because he has no money due to the repairs I made him do! Move out after 5 weeks...with my 3 children...seriously? Joke of a company...all about the money!!
