Zero communication from them. Got enviroment agency involved in the end! Absoloute charlatans!! Zero stars from me! I had to go without a bath tap for 7 months tap still not returned when i left. Blocked drain for over 8 months. By the time the environment agency council guy came out there was sewer worms in the drain! And even now weve moved out we are still at loggerheads. We wernt told of inventory check so they did it without us! Im so frustrated by this company I have logged a formal complaint with my local MP and if my deposit is not Back in 4 days i will report them to the DPS
