Robert Cooney are possibly the worst letting agents I have ever had any business with. The property I moved into was in a filthy state and it took me a day to get it cleaned. I informed RC but they weren't concerned. They were incompetent re the 3 monthly inspection with one employee trying to get into our property on 3 separate occasions but it was the wrong day or brought the wrong keys etc. Quickly onto if the money wasn't in on the 1st of the month but not bothered about anything that might be important to the tenant. Want to keep 65% of our deposit even though we left it in a cleaner state than when we moved in. Please keep clear of this company. For the sake of your deposit!!!!!!!

Robert Cooney has been managing our rental property since they opened in 2010. They always seem to find good tenants who look after our property.
