Excellent management company. I use the online landlord system as I am in Australia and my property is in London. I can see photos, invoices for any work, rental income, lease agreements, inspection reviews, all online within my account. It has been invaluable for me being abroad, especially as they always answer emails within a few hours, even though we are in different time zones! Highly recommended.

I have been with Ilet for the last 8 and a half years. And I wouln't be leaving them if it wasn't for my job. I rented a flat through iLet and was very impressed with their service. They didn't charge me any admin or lease renewal fees whilst I was living at the property and they always got back to me with any maintenance problems within 24 hours, even when the boiler broke down on a sunday! I live overseas and use iLet to manage my property. Their online account system is perfect for me to keep tabs on everything 24/7.
