Lived in the property 9 years in Clayton brook was getting charged £580 a month the house is falling too bits every time I tried to fix anything or try and make it live able something else would go, wanted to live near family so persevered with the house. Fence blew down making house un secure they never repaired it until I moved out. I had to go to council to push them to give me radiators because they wouldn't do it so had to get them summons threatened!! Had 3 radiators in the whole house and 4 kids. Bathroom was classed as unfit by a plumber so he wouldn't repair it as the floor was rotten so holburn got a handy man in to lay laminate flooring over the rotten wood! List goes on but now I'm hearing the new handy man is slagging me off for the house being poor condition! Try looking at the landlord for those answers coz I would of lived in that house forever being a round my family! Now I moved out at my wits end they start to repair everything and reduce rent to £445 a month where's the justice in that! Not an hands on company just happy for rent payments being on time not interested in ur requests at all definitely be aware
